Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. The Pro Card was granted a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at the age of 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. After only one year, she earned her Professional Card aged 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to finish her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she came in third. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
